The dramatic arrival by boat on the river set the stage for a great safari. The grounds were impeccable - nature trail, lovely pool and outdoor dining area and a manicured croquet lawn. The style of the lodge was very colonial and made us feel like we had stepped back in time. The food was great, our room was gorgeous, but service was just slightly above average. The location on the river and easy access to Victoria Falls and nearby Mosi-a-Tunya Nat'l Park are hard to beat. I'd return anytime!
