Wildlife Viewing & Activities

Though not a wildlife viewing destination, Dar es Salaam gives direct access to some the wildlife-rich parks of southern Tanzania, namely Selous Game Reserve and Ruaha National Park. Zanzibar is quickly accessible from Dar es Salaam and is great for viewing the Zanzibar red colobus monkey and Ader’s duiker.
