Breathtaking beyond words. Wildlife is not a big focus here, but we saw brown hyena tracks, and oryx dotted in herds far in the distance, because honestly you could see for miles...it was like being on the moon! The Himba people were a highlight, visiting them in the middle of the desert, a village of maybe 10 people, learning about their distinct dress and how they use clay to create the reddish ochre they put on their skin. There was an albino baby there too, fascinating.
