The main attraction is of course Tswalu, a stunning lodge! This area is so different to the other places we stayed in South Africa (Kruger and Sabi Sand). This is a more arid, semi-desert type terrain with great black rhino, meerkats that you can interact with, great cheetah, giraffe, cool night viewing (we saw aardvark), and the views are vast. It's such a different environment that it goes really well before or after a 'Kruger park' type of safari. Elephant don't really live in this area because there are few trees, so it's great to do a different wildlife area as well. We also flew straight from her to Cape Town to finish off with migrating whales and African penguins!
